The Springs at High Rock
The Springs at High Rock is a private, gated community located on High Rock Mountain adjacent to High Rock Lake, with over 500 wooded properties and 100+ homes.
Our community operates through an HOA and volunteers who serve on various committees. A wide range of amenities available to HOA members, include a clubhouse, pool, tennis and pickleball courts, swimming pool, walking paths, private fishing ponds and community piers with lake access.
We take pride in our natural beauty, serenity, and exclusivity to High Rock Mountain and ample access to High Rock Lake. Our community has a rich history dating back to the revolutionary war, with early endeavors including a health resort and later development into the current community.
